RIDGID thread cutting oils are free of chlorine and other halogens, PCB and heavy metals. The dark oil is a traditional mineral oil with low odor and anti-mist formulation. Thread cutting oil cools threads and pipe during operation, speeds metal removal, improves thread quality and reduces threading torque. MSDS available.
